Technical Brief

Description: PREMIS fungicide is a DMI fungicide that can be used throughout the year, including the summer months, offering broad-spectrum control of the most prevalent turfgrass diseases.

Use Sites: Golf Courses

Formulation: 200 grams per litre Suspension Concentrate
Packaging: 2 x 3.2 litres
Active Ingredient: Triticonazole
Chemical Family: Triazole (also known as a DMI demethylation-inhibiting / SI sterol-inhibiting fungicide)

Mode of Action: Disrupts cell membrane function in the sterol biosynthesis pathway (DMI or SI).

Behavior in Plants: Absorbed by leaf, crown and roots; acropetal penetrant; provides both contact and
upwardly systemic activity.

Rates: 16-32 ml per 100 sq.m.

Control Symptoms: PREMIS is highly rainfast and is quickly absorbed by leaves, crown and roots of treated turfgrass. Fungal activity ceases within one to two days when applied as a curative application.

Keys to Success: Apply preventively for most effective control.

Environmental Profile: No surface or groundwater impact. Nontoxic to birds, mammals and bees.

Tank Mixes: For improved control on certain diseases, tank-mix with INSIGNIA®, CADENCE® fungicide.
